Chesterton Connect Pump Basic
Identifies over 15 pump anomalies
The Chesterton Connect Pump Basic Configuration monitors the pressure, temperature, and vibration of the seal or stuffing box, while simultaneously monitoring the pump process using suction and discharge pressure measurements.
Includes (1) Connect v1, (2) Gauge.
- Complete process monitoring of the sealing system.
- Monitors pump vibration and surface temperature.
- Pump process monitoring of suction and discharge.
- Temperature monitoring of process in 3 locations.
Chesterton Connect Pump Enhanced
Identifies over 20 pump or pump-related anomalies
The Chesterton Connect Enhanced Configuration monitors everything the basic configuration does, but adds (2) Nano vibration monitors for the motor and pump skid, or pump room. Using the Nano, this configuration automatically provides run-time monitoring used to calculate MTBF of the installation, it determines on/off status, counts the number of times the pump is turned on or off, and determines if the pump is running or not.
